My name is Amy. I am new to the dental field but am really enjoying the career change. My favorite part of my job has been interacting with patients and getting to know them and their families. I have a fiancé and two children. I enjoy spending time at the lake in the summer and being with my family.
Joining our practice in 2021, Kristyn works with Dr. Nichols to help each patient navigate their treatment needs, encouraging patients in the strong foundation of honest dental care. Kristyn has experience is various dental roles and her experience as a dental assistant makes it easy for her to inform you what future appointments with Dr. Nichols may look like and what to expect.
Kristyn is a 2019 Dental Hygiene graduate from Ferris State University. While in school, she enjoyed studying her two minors- Art History and Gerontology. Today she continues to gain professional education to best meet your dental hygiene needs. Kristyn aims to brighten your smile during each appointment. When she is not at our office she enjoys music, arts, crafting, reading, and spending time outdoors.
You’ll meet Kennidy, Dr. Nichols trusted dental assistant, who is dedicated to making every patient feel comfortable and informed during their visit. A graduate of Ross Medical Education Center, Kennidy brings both skill and compassion to the dental chair, helping ensure each appointment runs smoothly and stress-free. She enjoys general dentistry and learning something new each day. Outside of the office, you’ll often find her golfing, doing crafts, or spending time with friends and family. Her friendly personality and attention to detail make her an essential part of the team and a welcoming face for every patient who walks through the door.
Cecilia joined Nichols Family Dentistry in 2022 and has been a valuable member of our team ever since. She graduated from Grand Rapids Community College with an associate’s degree in Sociology and a minor in Psychology. She continues to expand her knowledge through various continuing education courses.
Cecilia’s warm and friendly personality makes her a favorite among our patients. She takes the time to get to know each individual on a personal level and is always willing to answer any questions or concerns they may have.

Makayla Jordan is a gentle and caring dental hygienist who loves helping patients of all ages feel at ease in the dental chair. She graduated from Ferris State University in 2024 and enjoys making each visit a positive, stress-free experience. Makayla is passionate about helping people build healthy habits and bright smiles, and she always strives to make patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident. When Makayla is not working, she loves spending time with her husband and going bowling.
Dailyn is a highly trained registered dental assistant who takes pride in building strong relationships with patients. She is committed to providing a welcoming and supportive atmosphere in the dental office. With over a decade of hands-on care, Dailyn is detail-driven, providing the upmost high-quality care and ready to turn a treatment visit into a moment of comfort.
